01 All sales are final

Aflami products are digital and delivered immediately: the platform opens, credits are added to your account, and the course appears within minutes of payment.

Because the product is digital and delivered in full at the moment of payment, there are no refunds after purchase. This covers platform access, the credits granted, and the course.

02 Credits you have spent

Credits are deducted when a generation runs. If a job fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.

03 Before you buy

Read the offer page in full, and if anything is unclear write to support@aflami.ai before paying — we reply within 24 hours.

04 A problem with a payment

If you were charged twice or hit a technical error while paying, email support@aflami.ai with the transaction reference and we will review it.
