Terms of Use

01 Who we are, and acceptance

The Aflami platform is operated by Fikrra Plus for Research and Development in Education Technologies L.L.C S.P.C (“Aflami”, “we”), licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Government of Dubai, under licence number 1558105, based in Saih Shuaib 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the site, the platform or any of our services, or by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

02 Age requirement — 18 and over

The service is for adults aged 18 and over only. No one under 18 may create an account or purchase, even with a guardian’s permission.

If we determine that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may close it and delete its data immediately and without any refund. We may request proof of age at any time.

03 Your account

• Your account is personal and may not be shared, transferred or sold.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The details you provide must be accurate and current; an account with false identity details may be suspended.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim offers or promotional credits more than once is prohibited.

Tell us immediately at support@aflami.ai about any unauthorised use of your account.

04 Nature of the service

Aflami is an AI content-production platform: image generation, image-to-video, lip-sync, text-to-speech, upscaling and storyboarding, together with training content.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We develop and update the tools continuously and may modify, add or discontinue any feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

05 Technology providers and reliance on them

The platform relies on third-party providers to run AI models and infrastructure, including:

• Image and text models: Google Gemini
• Video models: ByteDance Seedance via WaveSpeed
• Voice and lip-sync: ElevenLabs and InfiniteTalk via WaveSpeed
• Hosting and video: Cloudflare and Cloudflare Stream
• Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Tabby, Tamara, PallaPay

By using the service you acknowledge that you are also bound by these providers’ policies. We are not liable for their availability, output quality, or changes to their pricing or policies, and we may replace any provider without prior notice.

06 AI outputs are your responsibility

Outputs are produced automatically from what you input. We do not guarantee their originality, that they will not resemble other works, that they do not infringe third-party rights, or that any information within them is accurate.

• You are solely responsible for the content you input and for how you use what you produce.
• You must verify outputs and clear rights before any commercial use or public publication.
• Outputs are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
• You assume all risk arising from your use of outputs and will indemnify us against any resulting claim.

07 Credits and pricing

The platform runs on credits: every generation consumes a number of credits depending on its type, quality and duration. Pricing current as at the date of these terms:

• The cost shown before you run an operation is the cost charged; the server is authoritative for every calculation.
• If an operation fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.
• Credits are not currency or a cash balance. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• We may change prices or the cost of any operation at any time without prior notice; aflami.ai/pricing is the live source.

08 Payment and no refunds

Our products are digital and delivered immediately on payment: platform access opens, credits are added to your account, and training content appears within minutes.

Because delivery is immediate and complete, all sales are final and there is no refund after purchase — this includes platform access, credits added, and training content. Full detail is on the Refund Policy page.

The package is a single, indivisible digital product, so there is no partial refund for any individual element of it. If a duplicate charge or a technical payment error occurs, write to support@aflami.ai with the transaction reference and we will review it.

09 Subscriptions and renewal

Card subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period, and that period’s credits are added on successful renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account page; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not refund the current or any previous period.

10 Prohibited use

The platform may not be used for any of the following:

• Any content unlawful in the UAE or in the user’s own country.
• Infringing the intellectual property, trademark or privacy rights of others.
• Producing pornographic or violent content, content inciting hatred, or content exploiting minors.
• Impersonating a real person, or producing misleading content attributed to a person or organisation without permission.
• Circumventing usage limits, credits, or any technical protection measure.
• Reselling the service or accessing it automatically in a way that harms its stability.

Breach may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account without refund, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

11 Intellectual property

The platform, its design, its code, the “Aflami” mark and all training content are ours and are protected by law. They may not be copied, republished, resold or shared outside your account.

The content you input and the outputs you produce remain yours, within the limits of section 06 and the providers’ policies. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the service.

12 Data processing and transfer

Processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the service you consent to processing by the providers named in section 05 and to transfer to servers that may be outside the UAE.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload to the platform.

13 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account on breach of these terms, on suspicion of fraud or a payment dispute, on a binding legal order, or on abuse that harms the platform or its users.

On termination for breach, remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded. You may stop using the service at any time, or write to us to close your account.

14 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuity of operation.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit or data. In all cases our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: USD 100, or the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.

15 Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aflami, its staff and its providers against any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, from content you input or produce, or from your breach of these terms or of third-party rights.

16 Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or interruption beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, failures of infrastructure providers, AI models or payment systems, government decisions, or natural disasters.

17 Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with a revised date and takes effect on publication. Continued use after publication means you accept the amended version.

18 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
